Terms of Shipping and Delivery
All packages shipped internationally comes with tracking. However, tracking after despatch from USA is subjected to destination's port availability.
All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Your order is insured against theft and damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance. We will not assume responsibility for any stolen or misplaced packages once it has been marked as delivered.
