Refund & Exchanges
Yes! Please drop us an email and we will follow up from there.

We are unable to do refund or exchanges on customized pieces as the piece is specially made for you.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not been shipped but a tracking number has been created, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the cost of shipping already incurred.
If your order has already been shipped you will have to wait until it has arrived and courier it back to us.
